‘Avrora’ Complex consists of a residential building, a parking lot, a children’s playground, a barbeque and a lawn.

The building has three floors with a height of ten meters rising above the average level of the adjacent area and a garret. The total residential area of the complex is 1350m2. There are two types of residences in the building – 12 two-room apartments and 5 one-room studios.
All apartments and studios are facing east and southeast which is the most favorable direction. All residences have spacious balconies and terraces.

The design of the building allows for a year round residence. The building has exterior insulation. All apartments/studios are air-conditioned and there are individual electric boilers. The electric wiring has been designed to withstand peak consumption loads. The water pipes are insulated.

The building carcassing is made of reinforced concrete with non-bearing exterior and interior walls, built with ceramic bricks.
