The building is located to the south of the town of Nessebar and 2.5 km away from ‘Slanchev Briag’ (Sunny Beach) Resort. It is no further than 80 m from the shoreline.

The region has been undergoing light construction work / QINT = 1,2 / with some modern low / h = 10 m / residential and recreational buildings. The infrastructure has been well developed after 2004.

Within 300 m from the building there are seven hotel restaurants which stay open throughout the year and several shops where one can buy food and beverages. Within 100 m from the building there is a bus stop servicing lines from Nessebar to Ravda, Acheloi and Burgas.

The shoreline in front of the complex has been turned into a secure, about 2 km long, freely accessible beach covered with fine sand, and with restaurants and bars lined up along it, VIP zones with umbrellas and chaise lounges, as well as different water-sport facilities.

500 m to the north of the complex, there is a newly built Aqua park.
